Photovoltaic system for renewable energies
On our roofs, we produce green electricity for our production with one of the largest photovoltaic systems in the region with an output of 1,450 kWp.
This measure is a further step towards a low-emission future for our company. With these measures, we are not only setting new standards in our industry, but also demonstrating our commitment to an environmentally friendly industry.

Sustainability and climate protection are the defining topics of our supplier plants for the coming decades. The path to a low-emission steel world is challenging. However, we can already offer you steel tubes with different reduced CO₂ emission values in cooperation with steel pipe producers. Depending on the design, quality and quantity, we supply low-emission steel tubes including certificate.

(CBAM)
Carbon Border Adjustment Mechanism (CBAM) is an EU mechanism that ensures that imported products bear the same carbon costs as goods produced in the EU. The aim is to avoid distortions of competition and to promote climate protection worldwide. For the steel tube market, this means that transparency in emissions will become mandatory, and sustainable products will gain in importance.

Energy efficiency through heat recovery
An important part of our sustainability strategy is the use of residual heat from three compressors. We use this heat for hot water and to heat our operating rooms – and thus significantly reduce our energy consumption.
